At MTM, from Directors to our 1st Year Apprentices, we understand that as either the primary or the sub-contractor we need to give you confidence we can deliver as specified – safely, on time and on budget.
Installations, refurbishment and maintenance… we have structured MTM to deliver a wide range of skilled trades across the State in metropolitan and regional areas.
Centrally supplied ex our Bassendean complex, MTM services are based on rapid mobilization using a high percentage of local, human and material resources under a totally coordinated management process.
We build and continue to operate our business on the principle that companies don’t deal with companies… rather, people deal with people by making a commitment and sticking to it.

We continually strive to achieve the highest level of work compentency, making sure ‘best practice’ underpins everyday operations.
All of our Plumbers, LV/HV Electricians, Refrigeration Technicians and Waste Control Operators are fully qualified.
We employ over 30 permanent staff, including apprentices and Indigenous employees, all of whom are Police-cleared and hold current Construction Licences.
Our technicians have additional training in various areas such as HV termination, Western Power SAS Accreditation, NBN Accreditation, ACMA Accreditation and Solar Accreditation.
